Format · Emails
Email carries more personal data than almost anything a company keeps: signatures, forwarded threads, phone numbers and attachments. Teams need it to test case-management and AI tools, and to share or sell archives, but not with the real people in it.
Email archives are now wanted for AI training, data deals and investigations, and every one of them needs the people taken out first.
Mailbox exports with attachments have been de-identified for customers in projects run with our engineers. Synthetic email threads are delivered the same way.
Within one archive, yes. Spelling and case variants of each name are linked across files, so each person or organisation gets one replacement. You decide the grouping, for example whether a company and its brands count as one organisation.
No tool can prove that nothing was missed. What you can show is what was found and treated per category, and how a labelled sample scored. See data sharing and licensing.
Documents and text use the same policies, the same engine and the same deployment as these results.
Published results from database and synthetic data work on the Synthesized platform.
Bring one mailbox export. We set the policy with you, run it, and hand over a policy you can re-run.
