UX Researcher / Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with a strong UX Researcher background (at least with 2 years of experience) to start our research practices and experiments, work seamlessly with developers and Product Managers, and produce breakthrough actionable insights. Leveraging your experience in the area and working directly with the Head of Product, you’ll help set up a research practice that covers both qualitative and quantitative methods. We’ll help you to infuse user insights to our teams so that we can systematically root both our tactical, short-term and strategic, long-term decisions on real-world evidence. You’ll be performing research, creating wireframes and user flows, designing and testing.

You’ll balance rigor and pragmatism, to provide insights that inform future action in product discovery and delivery. You will engage in both exploratory and evaluative research, to support both the current decision processes and identify new opportunities for value creation.

  • Drive user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, lab usability studies, heuristic evaluations, etc.;
  • Deliver and communicate actionable research findings;
  • Document and present insights based on research analysis;
  • Contribute to share and support UX Research initiatives along with all product teams;
  • Ability to identify research opportunities and setting research questions;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX Research methodologies;
  • Design wireframes, prototypes and final UI design of the proposed solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in research field (quantitative and qualitative);
  • Ability to design end-to-end from discovery to execution, lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills;
  • A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle
  • Passionate about solving complex design challenges
  • Experience conducting user experience research initiatives;
  • Experience creating, running and analysing usability tests;
  • Understanding of quantitative methods and behavioural analysis;
  • Proven ability to translate extensive and complex information into meaningful insights;
  • Experience on measurement and reporting of research insights;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multicultural environment;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience setting and measuring success metrics; 
  • Ability to make complex information easily understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Ability to share knowledge through workshops and presentations;
  • Passionate about solving complex design challenges
  • Can demonstrate thinking at a high level about product strategy and vision.
