Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Synthesized VP of Marketing, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a dynamic and growth marketer with passion for B2B marketing, innovation and results delivery. Comfortable managing a broad remit of digital channels and levers, you’ll be organised, with an attention to detail and the ability to grasp new tech quickly. You will be comfortable with a data- and analytics-led approach to maximise channel and content performance.

  • Own creation and implementation of digital marketing plans and KPI's
  • Plan and deliver a campaign calendar to drive high quality organic and paid traffic to our website - with the purpose of lead generation
  • Manage ad budgets, test ad creative, research keywords, set up audiences, and optimize for conversions
  • Continuously improve our marketing efforts, running A/B tests to improve performance of organic and paid content (PPC, LinkedIn etc
  • Target-based lead generation and lead nurturing activities via content marketing, account-based marketing
  • Design, execute, track and analyse performance of ABM marketing programs and make recommendations for further improvement
  • Maintain SEO performance for our well-ranking keywords and pages by keeping content fresh and competitive
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
  • Manage projects, contractors, vendors, timelines and all deliverable

Academic Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Digital Marketing or relevant marketing field from a top-tier university or university with a top-tier marketing programme
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience of B2B SaaS digital demand generation marketing with a focus on delivering qualified pipeline and developing ABM campaigns
  • SaaS/B2B marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment
  • Excel within marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to optimize our lead generation & lead nurturing processes through email platforms - Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant tools and methods
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive website performance - traffic, conversions, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages tointernal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing an agency/vendor relationship
  • Experience managing budgets and are comfortable with numbers
